How does Check-in work?

Check-in is carried out independently by the guest. We have installed a safe at the entrance of the building whose combination will be proportioned the day before Check-in.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, the building is equipped with an elevator, to use it there is however a small flight of stairs to climb.

Is there a garage or parking?

Of course, the apartment has a garage for one car, it is possible to park a second car in front of the garage without obstructing the area of the other residents.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included, but you will have access to a kitchen with everything you need for cooking.

Do I need to bring my own sheets or towels?

It's not necessary, at Casa Paola we'll take care of everything. You will find plenty of sheets and towels.

Can I use the washing machine?

Of course, everything in the apartment is available to guests.

Can I change the dates of my reservation?

Changes of dates must be requested and follow the rules of the platform on which the booking was made. Penalties may apply.

How can I cancel my reservation?

If I cancel, will I get a refund?

It depends on the platform, since each one has different rules regarding refunds and percentages, we recommend that you consult your booking for details.

What happens in case of damage to the property?

We will contact the platform and begin the refund procedures. It is very important to communicate any damage and malfunctions in time, so as to avoid further inconveniences.

How does checkout work?

When leaving the apartment you will have to leave the keys in the safe at the entrance using the same code provided at Check-in and you will have to give notice via the platform.
